At the Friends AGM on 22nd September 2011 the Committee as they stood were re-elected.  Colin's title was slightly changed and a new Committee Member added: Doreen Fenwick

Please note that Paul Lanagan is no longer part of the Friends of Houghton Hillside Cemetery having resigned from the Committee in December 2008.

The aim of the group is to restore and preserve Hillside.  It is a task which cannot be done overnight but the group will endeavour to do this to the best of their capability.

You can become a member of the Friends for a subscription of £10 per annum (£15 per annum for overseas).  Upon joining you will receive your welcome pack which includes maps, guidebooks and postcards.  Thereafter you will receive a quarterly newsletter and also be notified of any forthcoming special events and Annual General Meeting.
